This data lets server admins configure the bot, create raid signups, sort teams, post announcements, and review admin activity.
Discord login is used to confirm your identity and server management access. Bot access is used to read channels and roles, create messages, update signup messages, and register slash commands.
Server settings, raid records, signups, team boards, and audit logs are kept until the server owner/admin requests deletion or the service adds automated retention controls.
A server owner or administrator may request removal of their server data. A user may request removal of their personal signup records where technically practical.
